Monday, January 29, 2024 is the final day before Disney Vacation Club prices increase on 3 resorts and the current wave of promotional incentives expires.
On January 30, Disney Vacation Club will raise prices on all 3 properties it is currently selling. Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and Disney's Riviera Resort will see their base price increase from $217 per point to $225 each. Meanwhile The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will rise from $230 to $239 each.
These are only the base prices, as DVC consistently offers promotional incentives for resorts which are actively selling. Incentives are relatively unspectacular at this time, which has lead to muted sales in December 2023. A first-time buyer purchasing 200 points can save $14 per point off of the base rate at both Aulani and Riviera. Disneyland Hotel offers only $7 per point savings off of its higher base price.
Current owners make out a little better with a 200-point add-on, saving $20 per point at Aulani, $19 at Riviera and $14 for Disneyland Hotel. See our prior coverage for full details on the incentives at each resort and quantity.
