Refurbished guest rooms at Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge are featured in the latest video from Disney Files On Demand.
Beginning in late 2022, workers began extensive renovations on the original Disney Vacation Club villas at Wilderness Lodge. Located in the stand-alone villa building, the Boulder Ridge Villas opened back in November 2000 as just the fifth DVC property. This project represents the most substantial renovation in the property's 22 year history.
Our previous coverage provides some insight on changes to the villa interiors. Included are new pull-down Murphy Beds in most rooms, updated bathrooms and lovely new themed decor throughout the room. Check out the video above for additonal insight.
It is noteworthy that the room featured in the video does not include the queen-size Murphy Bed in the living room. This video highlights the fact that some room at Boulder Ridge are designed in a manner that limit modifications. Specifically, the sloped roof in what is likely a 5th floor room will not accommodate the large Murphy Bed unit.
Renovations are expected to wrap-up by spring 2023.
